Breakfast delights and rooftop views

Our mornings began with an exceptional breakfast, thanks to Naveed and his team, who always greeted us with smiles. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, perfect for sunset relaxation.

The bathroom's design led to some minor issues with flooding due to the shower's side protection. It occasionally disrupted our otherwise enjoyable experience.

The complimentary transfer to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa adds some nice convenience for outings. The studio layout provided ample space to move around freely during our stay.

Breakfast lacked variety, often running out of items and not being promptly replenished, resulting in limited choices. The laundry facilities were out of order, creating unnecessary delays. The decor is also showing signs of wear, with carpets needing replacement and poorly functioning light bulbs in the room, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

The hotel stay was great, especially for exploring local attractions like the Dubai Mall and Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, which were both within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family vacation. Breakfast was a highlight, particularly thanks to Naveed who ensured we had everything we needed. The shuttle service to different sites was super convenient, making our trips much easier.

great access to parks and historical neighborhoods for city explorers

i really loved staying here because it was just a short walk to zabeel park for some beautiful green space and only about 20 minutes to the al fahidi historical neighborhood, making my city strolls super enjoyable and easy to plan.

the staff was very helpful when I had some medical issue. there was no hair dryer in the room.

The staff consistently provided helpful service, especially the complimentary shuttle to key attractions, which added convenience for families. However, while many aspects were enjoyable, the mattress firmness was not to my liking, and a noise disturbance occurred during my stay due to a security misunderstanding with a guest.

Our stay at Element Al Mina, Dubai Jumeirah was fantastic! The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four with a large bed. Breakfast was a treat with so many choices, and dinner service was exceptional, especially thanks to the friendly staff who were always smiling and eager to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to taxis and attractions just a short drive away.

The billiard in the hotel lobby could use some fixing.
